Hence, the global actions of the information system could be simplified by reducing the elements in the information technology system. Specification of use of information system: The efficiency of information system could be increased by limiting and specifying the use of information system for a particular operation. In this way the accuracy and pace of operations would be highly increased and it would enable rise in productivity of operations and services.
